What if...

What if your voice isn't something you need to perfect, but something you need to free?

Your voice is more than words.

It is vibration. Breath. Emotion. Desire. Expression.

It is how you ask for what you want, say no to what you don't, share what matters, and allow yourself to be heard.

FREE YOUR VOICE is a four-week experiential journey into developing a more embodied, expressive, and authentic relationship with your voice.

What does a sound actually feel like in your body?
What happens when you let yourself sigh without suppressing it?
Can you ask for what you want without being afraid of hearing no?
Can you say no without guilt?
Can you speak spontaneously without preparing the perfect words?
Can you stand before others and speak about what you are truly here for?
Week 1 • Free Introductory Experience

DISCOVER YOUR VOICE

The first class is a taste of the entire journey.

We'll explore the voice through vibration, sensation, movement, expression, and spoken word.

Scan the body before and after making sound.
Feel how different mantra sounds change your somatic experience.
Explore breath, sighing, humming, and spontaneous sounding.
Experiment with movement and embodied expression.
Communicate through playful gibberish and expression beyond words.
Try spontaneous speaking and playful improv exercises.
This isn't about having a "good" voice. Bring the voice you already have.

No singing experience, public speaking experience, Tantra knowledge, or mantra practice is necessary.

Why I'm Teaching This

Why This Journey Is Personal to Me

I'll be the primary teacher for Free Your Voice, joined by Lea and Dala.

For me, this journey is deeply personal.

I have a stutter, and for much of my life, using my voice has not always felt easy.

Freeing my voice has meant much more than learning how to speak more fluently. It has meant learning to love the voice I actually have.

It has meant becoming more willing to be heard even when my words do not come out perfectly.

It has meant learning to express what I feel, what I want, what I need, what I believe, and what I am here to share.

Mantra, sounding, improv, public speaking, emotional expression, authentic requests, and simply allowing myself to take up space with my voice have all been important parts of that journey.

It is still a practice for me.

There are still moments when speaking feels challenging. But my relationship with my voice today is almost unrecognizable compared with where I began.

And that is part of why I want to share this journey.

Not because I have a perfect voice.

Your voice does not have to be perfect to be powerful, expressive, honest, or worthy of being heard.

If You Want to Go Deeper...

The free class opens the doorway. Those who want to continue can join us for the complete four-week journey.

Week 2

EMBODY YOUR VOICE

Mantra • Vibration • Nyasa • Movement

What if you could experience mantra rather than simply repeat it?

We'll slow sound down and explore how individual syllables affect your felt experience.

Rather than telling you what a sound is supposed to do, you'll discover its unique energetic and somatic signature in your own body.

We'll explore Nyasa, intentionally placing mantra, sound, and awareness through the body, then bring mantra into music, meaning, movement, and dance.

Hear it → Feel it → Place it → Become it

Week 3

EXPRESS YOUR VOICE

Breath • Sound • Emotion • Gibberish • Expression

Before there were words, there was sound.

A sigh. A laugh. A cry. A growl. A hum.

We'll explore what happens when the voice is allowed to express what is already alive in the body.

Through breath, sounding, movement, emotional expression, and gibberish, we'll experiment with allowing joy, frustration, pleasure, anger, and other energies to move through the voice.

We'll also discover how much we communicate through rhythm, volume, pitch, gesture, facial expression, and presence before words even enter the picture.

Week 4

SPEAK YOUR TRUTH

Improv • Mission • Requests • Boundaries • Negotiation • Feedback

Finally, we bring the freed voice into relationship.

Practice impromptu speaking and playful improv. Share a prepared talk about what you are here for.

Make authentic requests. Practice hearing no without collapsing. Practice saying no clearly.

Then move beyond yes or no into authentic negotiation: "No to that, but I would be open to this."

We'll also explore giving and receiving useful feedback without hiding, attacking, defending, or disappearing.

The Journey
Feel your voice. Free your voice. Trust your voice. Speak what matters.

Freeing your voice isn't simply about making more sound.

It's about becoming more able to express what is actually alive inside you.

A mantra
A sigh
Laughter
Anger
Gibberish
"I want this."
"No."
"I would love this instead."
"This is what matters to me."
Come Experience It
