Explore vibration, mantra, sounding, movement, gibberish, and spontaneous expression.
🌀 Week 2: Embody Your Voice
Experience mantra through vibration, Nyasa, movement, meaning, and the felt sense of sound in your body.
🔥 Week 3: Express Your Voice
Use breath, sound, emotion, gibberish, and movement to give expression to what is alive inside you.
🗣️ Week 4: Speak Your Truth
Explore improv, your life mission, authentic requests, boundaries, negotiation, and giving and receiving feedback.
